Yorkshire Labneh Pasta

Ingredients
- 75g Yorkshire Pasta Fusilli
- 120g Yorkshire Labneh
- Half a cup of pasta water
- Rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
To serve:
- Sprinkle of chopped parsley
- Lemon zest
- Black pepper
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta to pack instructions and drain.
Step 2
Add the Yorkshire Labneh, pasta water, a drizzle of rapeseed oil, and lemon juice.
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl and garnish with chopped parsley, lemon zest and black pepper.
