Yorkshire Labneh Pasta

Ingredients

  • 75g Yorkshire Pasta Fusilli
  • 120g Yorkshire Labneh
  • Half a cup of pasta water
  • Rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

To serve:

  • Sprinkle of chopped parsley
  • Lemon zest
  • Black pepper

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Cook the pasta to pack instructions and drain.

Step 2

Add the Yorkshire Labneh, pasta water, a drizzle of rapeseed oil, and lemon juice.

Step 3

Transfer to a bowl and garnish with chopped parsley, lemon zest and black pepper.
