  • 500ml chicken stock or veggie stock
  • 2 carrots
  • Half a white onion
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 50ml cream
  • Black pepper
  • 5 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • Fresh parsley
  • Fresh basil
  • Lots of parmesan
  • 350g Penne pasta
