Ingredients
- 1 large garlic clove, chopped
- 3 bird’s eye chillies, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 tin good quality tomatoes
- 1 tin of tuna
- Around 100g Yorkshire Pasta Penne
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Firstly, bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Whilst waiting, chop your ingredients.
Step 2
Drop your pasta into the water once its boiling.
Step 3
Fry off your onion with garlic, once softened, add the chillies.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes and simmer until the pasta is almost cooked.
Step 5
Add the pasta to the sauce, with a little pasta water, then fold through the tuna. Simmer for 1 minute, then plate up.
Step 6
I drizzled with basil oil to finish (optional).
