Step 1
Cook Yorkshire Pasta according to instruction on reverse of pack.
Step 2
Dice your onions, garlic, chilli and pepper.
Step 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and add onion, garlic and chilli, fry for 2-3 minutes on a high heat.
Step 4
Add 40ml white wine to frying pan and simmer for 3 minute, allowing the alcohol evaporate.
Step 5
Slice the baby plum tomatoes in half. Add the tomatoes & prawns to the frying pan and leave for 4 minutes.
Step 6
Add the cream, 3/4 pesto and a splash of lemon juice, season well with salt and pepper. Finally, drain the pasta, stir in remaining pesto, serve the prawns on top and finish with sprinkled cheese and black pepper. Enjoy!
