Oyster Mushroom and Truffle Pasta

Now, I’m an absolute pasta obsessive and I’ve eaten plenty over the years – from dried supermarket pasta to fresh pasta from authentic Italian restaurants, but I can honestly say, this Tortiglioni from @yorkshirepasta is the best I have eaten. The chunkiness of it allows you to achieve the perfect chewy, al dente snap and sauce sticks latches into it. I’ll certainly be buying more!
