Pronounced “tohr-tee-lyo-nee” in Italian or “toe-tig-lio-knee” rather slowly in Yorkshire.
Similar to Rigatoni, but with more pronounced grooves that actually swirl their way around the pasta. Hence their name, which stems from the Latin ‘torquere’, meaning ‘to turn’. Perfect with simple sauces, zesty salads and fish dishes. Big, bold and mighty in appearance, texture and taste.

WHY BUY OUR PASTA?
OUTSTANDING FLAVOUR
You probably didn’t know that dried pasta could taste this good! Our Yorkshire Pasta is made by combining locally milled wheat flour with traditional techniques enabling us to create a beautiful wholesome and robust pasta. We dry our pasta slowly overnight at gentle temperatures to allow the flavour to really develop. And of course, we use bronze dies meaning that our pasta ‘hugs the sauce’ way better than mass manufactured pasta.
sustainable
We produce a more sustainable and tastier British pasta. Our ‘family secret’ blend of locally milled wheat flours replace imported Durum semolina. And all of our pasta is packed in 100% recyclable paper bags. We are plastic free and run using solar power too.
SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS
We are a small but passionate team based in Malton, North Yorkshire. We love what we do, and we get such thrill hearing how much our customers love the pasta we make.
We take great pride in the aritsan, sustainable methods we use to make our products as we know how much this means to us and our customers.
EVERYONE LOVES IT
Our pasta is loved by celebrity chefs (such as Marco Pierre White, Michel Roux Jr. and Tommy Banks), foodie influencers, awards judges and our customers alike!
Since we launched in 2020 we have appeared on James Martin, have been raved about by Davina and have won awards – including four Great Taste and give Great British Food Awards (given by Michel Roux Jr.)!
We are stocked in over 450 independent shops, appear on some incredible restaurant menus and are being enjoyed at family dinner tables up and down the UK!
Our customers love it
Needless to say I bought some of your pasta and have just had some for lunch. I used the No 4 and added cooked mushrooms and broccoli and used creme fraiche for the sauce together with wilted fresh spinach, topped with a sprinkle of parmesan! It was just delicious!! I am sure you didn’t need all the details but I thought it would be nice to let you know!!

Wow. Fabulous pasta. Paid that little more than than normal but so worth it. Just like the pasta I would eat out at my favourite Italian restaurant. Will definitely be buying now from you. Gone are the supermarket pastas for me.

We bought 3 bags of your pasta at Malton Monthly Food Market last Saturday and you were kind enough to give us a recipe to try ‘Sundried Tomato Yorkshire Pasta Tortiglioni with Crispy Garlic & Sage’ and I have to say it was LUSH! The pasta was perfect with the sauce just as you stated it would, clinging to it like a warm comforting hug. To us the recipe tasted so authentic and as good as any we have tried in an Italian restaurant. I will definitely be trying more recipes from your website. When stocks are low, we will be ordering again.
